Amanda Creech

Director
Amanda Creech is Director of Upward Bound Math Science. Amanda is originally from northern Kentucky where she received her Bachelors of Science in Biology at Northern Kentucky University. Amanda has been with the Upward Bound Math Science Program since 2013. She is married to Brad and has a daughter named Charlie and a baby boy on the way. Amanda enjoys spending time with the students and helping accomplish their goals.
Jennifer Brackett

Educational Specialist
Jennifer Brackett is the Education Specialist for the Upward Bound Math Science program. Jennifer advises the Senior/Bridge students in the program for college readiness. She attended Lincoln Memorial University to obtain her bachelor degree in Education. She has been with the UBMS since February 1, 2013 and enjoys helping students achieve their goals. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her wonderful husband, daughter, and son.
Cory Clem

Instructional Specialist
Cory Clem was born and raised in Harlan county. He graduated in May 2015 from Eastern Kentucky University with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and education. Cory states that, "Teaching has always been my passion. It presents the perfect opportunity for me to teach what I know, help influence lives, and be there for many kids. This was my first year working with UBMS and it could not have gone better."

Brianna Baldwin

Office Assistant
Brianna Baldwin is a loved Harlan County native. She has been with the Upward Bound Math Science program since the year 2016. She recently graduated from Southeast Kentucky Community & Technical College in May of 2018! She is also currently attending the University of the Cumberland’s School of Lifelong Learning.
